3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are non-binding unless explicitly stated in writing.

The customer must approve any work outside the original scope, and it may result in additional charges.

4. Payments

The parties will agree on payment terms before work begins.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, late fees, or collection actions as permitted under Alabama law. The Company reserves the right to withhold services until you meet your payment obligations.

5. Membership Plans

Steiner offers optional membership plans, which are described on the Membership page of this website. The benefits, pricing, and billing terms of the plan you choose are those presented to you when you enroll. Membership plans renew and bill according to the billing option you select, until you cancel in accordance with the terms presented at enrollment.

Membership benefits apply only to the services and work described in your plan. Work outside the scope of your plan is subject to the estimate, pricing, and payment terms in these Terms and Conditions. If a plan includes service credits, those credits apply only to Steiner services as described in the plan and have no cash value unless the plan states otherwise.

If these Terms and Conditions conflict with the specific terms of your membership plan, your membership plan terms control for matters related to that plan.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Weather, emergencies, or delays on prior jobs may affect scheduling.

Cancellations without reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area

Disclose known issues, whether electrical, plumbing, structural, or otherwise

Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings

Make sure utilities such as electricity and water are available when required

8. Warranties and Workmanship

Steiner Maintenance & Contracting stands behind its workmanship as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Pre-existing conditions

Customer-supplied materials

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties

9. Licensed and Insured

Steiner Maintenance & Contracting is a licensed and insured maintenance and contracting business operating in the State of Alabama.

We maintain the business licenses and liability insurance required for the services we provide. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
